Article 17. Reorganization and liquidation of a public association of the Law on Public Associations
The reorganization of a public association (merger, affiliation, division, separation, transformation) is carried out by decision of the body of the public association in accordance with the procedure provided for by its charter and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The liquidation of a public association is carried out on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The right to freedom of association is one of the most important and constitutional human and civil rights, the realization of which meets the interests of society and is protected by the State.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 31, 1996 No. 3.
