Article 16. Duties of persons under administrative supervision CHAPTER III Duties and rights of persons under administrative supervision and responsibility for violating the rules of supervision of the Law on Administrative Supervision of Persons Released from Prison
A person under administrative supervision must:
a) comply with the restrictions established in relation to him, provided for in Article 7 of this Law;
b) appear on a call to the internal affairs bodies within the specified period and provide oral and written explanations on issues related to the implementation of the rules of administrative supervision;
c) notify the employees of the internal affairs body exercising administrative supervision within 24 hours about the change of place of work and residence, as well as about leaving the district (city) on official and personal matters.;
d) when traveling to another locality with the permission of the internal affairs body and staying there for more than a day, register with the local internal affairs body to monitor his behavior.
e) not to leave the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan until the end of the term of administrative supervision.
This Law defines the content of administrative supervision of persons released from places of deprivation of liberty carried out on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and establishes a system of legal guarantees of legality in its application.
