Article 10. Announcement to the supervised person of a court decision on the establishment, extension or modification of restrictions on administrative supervision of the Law on Administrative Supervision of Persons Released from Places of Deprivation of Liberty
Court decisions on the establishment, extension or modification of restrictions on administrative supervision are announced to the supervised person against signature by the head of the internal affairs body, and to the person who is in an institution of the penal enforcement system by the head of the institution. At the same time, the supervised person is explained his duties and responsibility for violating the rules of administrative supervision, and the person for whom administrative supervision is established before being released from the institution of the penitentiary system is responsible for not arriving at his chosen place of residence within a certain period of time.
In case of non-arrival at the chosen place of residence of a person under administrative supervision, the internal affairs body carries out initial measures to establish his location and the reasons for non-arrival.
If the location of the person under administrative supervision is not established, the internal affairs body begins a pre-trial investigation and puts him on the wanted list with the choice of a preventive measure.

This Law defines the content of administrative supervision of persons released from places of deprivation of liberty carried out on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and establishes a system of legal guarantees of legality in its application.
