Employees of the internal affairs bodies, when exercising administrative supervision, are obliged to:

a) after registering a person under administrative supervision, ensure that he appears at local executive authorities to provide social and legal assistance and send them a copy of the court's decision on the establishment of administrative supervision;

b) systematically monitor the behavior of a person under administrative supervision at his place of residence and work;

c) to prevent and suppress violations of public order, human and civil rights and legitimate interests by a person under administrative supervision;

d) draw up protocols on violations of the rules of administrative supervision in accordance with the established procedure and send them to the court for consideration.

This Law defines the content of administrative supervision of persons released from places of deprivation of liberty carried out on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and establishes a system of legal guarantees of legality in its application.
