Article 22-4. Regulation of foreign trade activities in the framework of the provision of humanitarian assistance to the Law on the Regulation of Trade Activities

     The export and (or) import of goods within the framework of the provision (receipt) of humanitarian aid and (or) assistance provided to eliminate the consequences of natural disasters, accidents or catastrophes are carried out without the application of customs tariff, non-tariff and trade measures.

 

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 12, 2004 No. 544.

     This Law regulates public relations in the sphere of trade activity, establishes the principles and organizational bases of its state regulation.
