Article 1082. Inheritance in a peasant or farm of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

In the event of the death of a member of a peasant or farm, the inheritance is opened according to the general rules. Heirs have the right to receive monetary compensation commensurate with their share in the common ownership of this property.
