Article 1049. Inheritance of a part of the property left unqueathed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The part of the property that remains unqueathed shall be distributed among the heirs according to the law, who are called upon to inherit in accordance with Articles 1061-1064 of this Code.
2. These heirs include those heirs by law to whom the other part of the property was bequeathed.
