On the establishment of the republican state institution "Central Communications Service" under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and amendments and additions to some decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 22, 2019 No. 75.
In accordance with article 33 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 1995 "On the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan", I decree:
1. To establish the republican state institution "Central Communications Service" under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the city of Nur-Sultan (hereinafter referred to as the institution).
2. Establish the staffing of the institution in the amount of 33 units.
3. To determine the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan as the authorized body in relation to the institution.
4. To establish that the director of the institution is appointed and dismissed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. To the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) to liquidate the republican state institution "Central Communications Service" of the Ministry of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the transfer of its property to the institution;
2) within one month, develop and submit the charter of the institution for approval in accordance with the established procedure;
3) ensure the state registration of the institution;
4) take other measures resulting from this Decree.
6. The Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensure the allocation of premises for the institution.
7. To amend and supplement some decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the annex to this Decree.
8. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
