On the establishment of specialized inter-district economic courts in Almaty and the Karaganda region

The name of the Decree was amended by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 9, 2002 N 803 U020803_.       In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 3, paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan Z000132_ "On the judicial System and Status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan", I decree: 1. To establish specialized interdistrict economic courts in Almaty and the Karaganda region authorized to consider economic disputes in accordance with current legislation, within the staffing approved for courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    2. To the Minister of Justice, the Chairman of the Supreme Court, the Chairman

Committee on Judicial Administration at the Supreme Court of the Republic

Kazakhstan:

    1) submit to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for consideration

proposals on the staffing of the courts newly established by this law

By decree;

    2) take other measures resulting from this Decree.

    3. Control over the implementation of this Decree is entrusted to the Administration

The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    4. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
