On changes in the composition of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2020 No. 482

 In accordance with subparagraph 20) of Article 44, paragraph 4 of Article 82 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2015 "on the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan", I HEREBY DECREE:

     1. The following amendments were made to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 3, 2016 No. 188 "on the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2016, No. 14, art. 52):

     appoint a member of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, formed by the above-mentioned Decree:

judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Zhumagulov Marat Imangalievich

Doctor of Law;

Kalimukashev Aigul Demeuov

judge of Atyrau Regional Court;

To Kulbaev Aizhan Adilov

judge of court No. 2 of the Baykonyr district of Nur-Sultan;

Nurzhanov Alikhan Abilgazinovich

lawyer of the Akmola Regional Bar Association;

Sagidenov Gular Gabbasovich

jurisdiction of the Pavlodar Regional Court;

 

     removed from the above-mentioned Council: Elemesova N. M. N. M. Zhanguttinova, K. T. Kaudyrova, E. P., Kuznetsova N. N. E. Manapova, T. B. Raisova, A. N.

     2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
