Article 98-2. The amount of compulsory payment of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Home / RLA / Article 98-2. The amount of compulsory payment of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The compulsory payment is collected by the court in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Compensation Fund for Victims, in the amount of:

1) criminal offenses – five monthly calculation indices;

2) minor crimes – ten monthly calculation indices;

3) crimes of moderate severity – fifteen monthly calculation indices;

4) serious crimes – twenty monthly calculation indices;

5) especially serious crimes – thirty monthly calculation indices.
