 1. Authorized state bodies in the field of fingerprint and (or) genomic registration carry out depersonalization, as well as depersonalization of fingerprint or genomic information.

2. Authorized state bodies in the field of fingerprint and (or) genomic registration block fingerprint or genomic information if there is information about a violation of the conditions for its collection and processing, as well as lifting the block after carrying out verification measures and eliminating violations.

3. Authorized state bodies in the field of fingerprint and (or) genomic registration shall block and (or) depersonalize, as well as remove the blocking and (or) depersonalization of fingerprint or genomic information in accordance with the procedure determined by the rules for conducting fingerprint and genomic registration.

4. Transfer of fingerprint or genomic information to courts, law enforcement, special state bodies, enforcement agencies, inquiry, investigation bodies is carried out on the basis of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the rules of fingerprint and genomic registration.

5. Fingerprint or genomic information may be transferred by authorized state bodies in the field of fingerprint and (or) genomic registration to foreign states in accordance with international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of fingerprint and genomic registration in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
