1. Foreigners and stateless persons arriving in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to carry out activities in the Fund receive an entry visa in coordination with the national security authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan at foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan or upon arrival at international airports of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Foreigners and stateless persons who are employees of Astana Hub participants or employees of the Foundation, their family members (spouse, their children and their dependents (if there are supporting documents), receive an entry visa valid for up to five years.

3. The Fund keeps records of the foreign labor force attracted by it and the participants of Astana Hub. Information on attracted foreigners and stateless persons is submitted by the Fund to the authorized body on population migration and the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The composition of information submitted to the authorized body on population migration and the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the frequency and procedure for their submission are determined by the authorized body in the field of informatization in coordination with the authorized body on population migration and the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. The Astana Hub Foundation and participants are required to have and keep documents confirming their qualifications for each attracted foreigner and stateless person.

5. The extension of the validity period of visas to persons specified in paragraph 2 of this Article, at the request of the Fund, may be carried out without leaving the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law defines the legal status of the Astana Hub innovation cluster.
