Article 6. The right to choose a healthcare organization in the system of compulsory social health insurance The Law on Compulsory Social Health Insurance

      1. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07.07.2020 No. 361-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

     2. Citizens for whom deductions and (or) contributions to the fund have been paid, as well as those exempt from paying contributions to the fund in accordance with paragraph 7 of Article 28 of this Law, have the right to choose a medical organization providing inpatient care in the compulsory social health insurance system in cases of receiving planned medical care.

     3. The right to choose a medical organization in the compulsory social health insurance system arises for citizens for whom deductions and (or) contributions to the fund have been paid, as well as those exempt from paying contributions to the fund in accordance with paragraph 7 of Article 28 of this Law, from the moment they acquire the right to medical care in the compulsory social health insurance system.

     This Law regulates public relations arising in the system of compulsory social health insurance in order to implement the constitutional right of citizens to health protection.
