Article 571. Procedural actions requiring special permission of the CPC of the Republic of Kazakhstan Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
If, in order to execute a request (instruction, petition), it is necessary to carry out a procedural action requiring the approval of an investigating judge (court), such action is carried out only if the appropriate sanction is obtained in accordance with the procedure provided for in this Code, even if the legislation of the requesting party does not provide for this. The basis for deciding whether to authorize such procedural actions is the materials of the requesting party's request.
