Article 50-1. Deprivation of citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan  The Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

 

The deprivation of citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan consists in the forced termination by the State of a stable political and legal relationship with a convicted person, expressing the totality of their mutual rights and obligations.

Deprivation of citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan is not imposed on persons who have committed a crime under the age of eighteen.
