Article 4. Term and place of establishment of administrative supervision CHAPTER II Procedure for the establishment, implementation and termination of administrative supervision of the Law on Administrative Supervision of Persons Released from Places of Deprivation of Liberty

Administrative supervision is established:

a) for the persons specified in subitems a) and b) of Article 2 of this Law - upon release from the institution of the penal system;

b) for the persons specified in subparagraph c) of Article 2 of this Law – at the place of residence until the expiration of the criminal record in accordance with Article 79 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 15, 1996 No. 28-1.

This Law defines the content of administrative supervision of persons released from places of deprivation of liberty carried out on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and establishes a system of legal guarantees of legality in its application.
