Article 360. Violation of international flight rules  The Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1 Failure to comply with the routes, landing sites, air gates, flight altitude, or other violation of international flight rules specified in the permit –

     is punishable by a fine in the amount of up to three thousand monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or community service for up to eight hundred hours, or restriction of liberty for up to three years, or imprisonment for the same term, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years. years old or not.

2 The same act that caused the death of a person or other grave consequences, –

     is punishable by imprisonment for a term of three to ten years.
