Article 30. The excess of an accomplice in a criminal offense of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The excess of an accomplice is recognized as the commission by a person of a criminal offense that is not covered by the intent of other accomplices. Other accomplices are not criminally liable for the excess.
