Article 3. The right to join political parties of the Law on Political Parties

      1. Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan have the right to freedom of association in political parties.  

      2. A citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan may be a member of only one political party.  

      3. Membership in a political party may not be a ground for restricting the rights and freedoms of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  

      4. Everyone has the right to indicate or not indicate their party affiliation.
