1. The main purpose of this Law is to define the legal basis for the organization and operation of the National Guard, its general structure, powers and legal provisions of the National Guard soldiers.

2. The activities of the National Guard are carried out on the basis of the principles of public service in the Republic of Kazakhstan and special principles of law enforcement service.:

1) the obligation to protect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of man and citizen, the interests of society and the state from criminal and other unlawful encroachments;

2) cooperation with civil society institutions;

3) unity of approaches to the organization of service in the ranks of the National Guard;

4) unity of command and subordination;

5) independence from the activities of political parties and other public associations.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 10, 2015 No. 274-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations in the sphere of activity of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
