1. The owner shall have the rights to own, use and dispose of the land plot belonging to him.

2. The rights of the state as the owner of land are exercised by state bodies in accordance with their competence established by this Code and other legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. The owner of a land plot may exercise the rights of the owner on the grounds, conditions and within the limits provided for by this Code and other legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
