Article 19. Return of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including minors, refugees recognized by the Republic of Kazakhstan, and stateless persons permanently residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan who have become victims of human Trafficking Law on Combating Human Trafficking

The foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan cooperate with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other entities involved in combating human trafficking in order to issue a certificate of return to the Republic of Kazakhstan as soon as possible and ensure the return of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including minors, refugees recognized by the Republic of Kazakhstan, and stateless persons permanently residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan who have become victims of trafficking human beings, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2024 No. 110-VIII SAM.

This Law defines the organizational and legal framework for combating human trafficking.
