Article 18. Duties of employees related to service The Law on Special State Bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Article 18. Duties of employees related to service The Law on Special State Bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Employees are required to:

     1) comply with the Constitution and legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     2) ensure the observance and protection of human and civil rights and freedoms, as well as the legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities, and the state;

     3) exercise powers within the limits of the rights granted to them and in accordance with their official duties;

     4) comply with the requirements of the charter of the internal service of special state bodies, approved by the order of the first head of the special state body, as well as official and labor discipline;

     5) accept the restrictions established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     6) comply with the standards of professional ethics established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     7) to carry out lawful orders and orders of managers, decisions and instructions of higher authorities and officials issued within their authority;

     8) to keep state secrets and other legally protected secrets, including after termination of service for the time prescribed by law, for which a subscription is given;

     9) to keep secret information received in the performance of official duties affecting the private life, honor and dignity of citizens, and not to require them to provide such information, except in cases provided for by law;

     10) to ensure the safety of state property;

     11) submit a report in writing and immediately inform the immediate and authorized supervisor in cases where the employee's private interests overlap or conflict with their authority.;

     12) improve your professional level and qualifications;

     13) to prevent public appearances that harm the interests of the service;

     14) immediately inform the immediate supervisor in writing about:

     the intention to take citizenship of a foreign state;

      submitting an application for renunciation of citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan;  

     the intention of the spouse or their close relatives to take citizenship of a foreign state and (or) their application for renunciation of citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan, if it became known to them;

     15) maintain the necessary level of professional and legal knowledge, physical, special and combat training.

     2. In accordance with the tasks assigned to special state bodies, employees within their competence are assigned other duties provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating the activities of special state bodies and other legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 13, 2012 No. 552-IV.

This Law defines the status of special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as special state bodies), regulates public relations related to admission to service in special state bodies, its passage and termination, and also defines the legal status, financial support and social protection of employees of special state bodies.
