Article 16. Withdrawal of a participant from a full partnership of the Law on Business Partnerships
1. A participant in a general partnership has the right to withdraw from it by declaring his refusal to participate in the partnership.
2. Refusal to participate in a full partnership must be declared by the participant at least six months before the actual withdrawal from the partnership.
Early refusal to participate in a full partnership established for a period of up to five years is allowed only for valid reasons.
3. The constituent documents of a general partnership may provide for a different deadline than that established by this article for the filing of an application by the participants for withdrawal from the partnership.
The agreement between the participants of the partnership to waive the right to withdraw from the partnership is null and void.
