Article 15. Changing the membership of the General Partnership of the Law On Business Partnerships
1. In the event of a participant's withdrawal from the partnership, declaring him bankrupt, or a creditor (creditors) requesting recovery of his share in the partnership's property, the death of a participant in the general partnership, declaring him deceased, declaring him missing, incapacitated, or with limited legal capacity, the general partnership is subject to termination, unless otherwise provided for by the constituent documents of the partnership or established by agreement of the remaining participants.
2. If the general partnership continues its activities, as well as in cases of transfer of a participant's share in the partnership's property to other participants or third parties, exclusion of a participant from the partnership or admission of new participants to the partnership, the general partnership is subject to re-registration with appropriate amendments to the constituent documents.
