 1. The special nature of service in the state courier service and the responsibility of employees established by this Law and other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan are compensated by additional social rights and benefits.

2. When an employee of the state courier service is moved and promoted, connected with moving from one settlement to another for more than fifty kilometers, he is paid a lifting allowance in the amount of two months' salary for the employee himself and half of his monthly salary for each family member who moved with him.

When an employee of the state courier service is transferred and promoted, he is reimbursed at the expense of budgetary funds for the transportation of up to ten tons of his own property, as well as travel by rail, water, and road, including travel by family members who moved with him.

The list of positions of employees of the state courier service who are entitled to a lifting allowance, reimbursement of transportation costs and transportation of their own property during relocation and promotion is determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Employees of the state courier service who have been awarded state awards – orders during their service period, the amount of a one-time discharge allowance is increased by two salaries of their monthly salary.

4. Children of employees of the state paramedic service, including those who died, died or went missing during their service, are provided by local executive authorities with places in pre-school organizations at their place of residence out of turn.

5. Pension provision for employees of the state courier service, payment of state social benefits for disability are carried out in accordance with the procedure and under the conditions established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on social protection.

This Law regulates public relations related to the implementation by the State courier service of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the State courier service) of activities in the provision of state courier services, defines the legal and organizational foundations of such activities, as well as social guarantees for employees of the state courier service and their family members.
