1. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/15/2011 No. 461-IV (effective from 01/30/2012).

2. The prevention of bee diseases, their treatment, pest control of bee colonies, as well as the production of wax are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on veterinary medicine.

3. Individuals and legal entities engaged in beekeeping must be provided with veterinary medicines in order to combat diseases included in the list of particularly dangerous diseases approved by the authorized body in the field of veterinary medicine.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 12, 2002 No. 303.

This Law regulates relations in the field of beekeeping products production, protection, use and reproduction of bees, their effective use for pollination of crops and all pollinated flora, creation of conditions for increasing productivity of beekeeping, as well as crop production, ensuring guarantees of observance of the rights and interests of individuals and legal entities engaged in beekeeping.
