1. The possession, use and (or) disposal of goods imported into the customs territory of the Union after crossing the customs border of the Union and before their release by the customs authority shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure and conditions established by this Chapter, Chapters 14 and 16 of this Code, and in respect of certain categories of goods - also Chapters 37-431 of this Code.

2. The possession, use and (or) disposal of goods in the customs territory of the Union or outside it after their release by the customs authority is carried out in accordance with the customs procedure under which the goods are placed, or in accordance with the procedure and conditions established for certain categories of goods subject to customs declaration and (or) release without placement under customs procedures.

3. Possession, use and (or) disposal of goods exported from the customs territory of the Union after arrival at the place of departure before crossing the customs border of the Union shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure and conditions established by this Chapter and Chapter 15 of this Code, and in respect of certain categories of goods - also chapters 37-431 of this Code.

The Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union was adopted on April 11, 2017.
