1. Financial support for organizations of the military-industrial complex is provided in forms that do not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Financial support for organizations of the military-industrial complex is provided by:

1) developing proposals for the provision of loans by second-tier banks and other financial institutions;

2) subsidies from the state budget and other sources not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) state financing of investment projects aimed at modernization and renewal of fixed assets, technical re-equipment of production, introduction of modern technologies and equipment, organization of new productions, acquisition of new technologies;

4) provision of tax and customs privileges in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) reimbursement of exchange rate difference expenses for transactions with foreign suppliers at the expense of budgetary funds in accordance with the procedure established by the budget legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

6) provision of state guarantees and state guarantees to attract non-state loans in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

7) participation of organizations of the military-industrial complex in government programs aimed at supporting and developing entrepreneurship;

8) provision of other financial support measures provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of the defense industry, the state defense order, as well as certain issues of the turnover of weapons and military equipment.
