Article 464. Violation of flight rules or preparation for them The Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Violation of the rules of flight or preparation for them, as well as violation of the rules of operation of military aircraft, which negligently caused serious or moderate harm to human health or an accident or incapacitation of military or military equipment, or a prolonged decrease in the level of combat readiness and combat capability of military units and subunits, –
are punishable by a fine in the amount of up to two hundred monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or arrest for up to fifty days.
2. The same acts that caused the death of a person by negligence, –
are punishable by restriction of liberty for a term of up to four years or by imprisonment for the same term, with or without deprivation of the right to engage in certain activities for a term of up to three years.
3. The acts provided for in the first part of this Article, which negligently caused the death of two or more persons, –
are punishable by imprisonment for a term of four to ten years with or without deprivation of the right to engage in certain activities for a term of up to ten years.
