Article 21. Legal representatives of the Law on Enforcement Proceedings and the Status of Bailiffs
1. The rights and legally protected interests of minors, as well as those recognized by the court as legally incompetent or with limited legal capacity, are protected in enforcement proceedings by legal representatives, whose powers are confirmed by relevant documents.
Legal representatives perform on behalf of the represented all actions, the right to perform which belongs to the represented with the restrictions provided by law.
2. In enforcement proceedings involving a person recognized by the court as missing, the persons to whom the property of the missing person has been transferred to the management, appointed as representatives in accordance with the procedure established by the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, act as his representative.
3. In enforcement proceedings, in which the heir of a person who has died or has been declared deceased in accordance with the established procedure must participate, the executor of the will or the trustee of the inheritance acts as the representative of the heir, if the inheritance has not yet been accepted by anyone.
4. Legal representatives may assign participation in enforcement proceedings to another person chosen by them as a representative.
