Article 131. Requirements for the State bailiff of the Law on Enforcement Proceedings and the Status of Bailiffs
1. A person who is a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, has a higher legal education, meets the qualifications required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and is capable of fulfilling the duties assigned to him by his business and personal qualities, as well as by health reasons, may be appointed a state bailiff.
2. A person who does not comply with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" may not be a state bailiff.
3. Identification cards are issued to state bailiffs, they are provided with uniforms (without shoulder straps), a badge and an emblem, samples of which are approved by the authorized body.
4. The natural standards for providing state bailiffs with uniforms (without shoulder straps) are approved by the authorized body in coordination with the central authorized body for budget planning.
