Guided by the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Limited and Additional Liability Partnerships" and other applicable legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as the sole participant of the limited liability partnership "B..L" (hereinafter referred to as the Partnership), owning 100% (one hundred percent) of the participation in the charter I make the following decisions regarding the capital of the Partnership being created:
1. Create a commercial organization in the form of a limited liability partnership.
2. Approve the full and abbreviated brand names of the Partnership:
Full name of the Partnership:
in the official language: Cyrillic - "B.L" Jaýapkershiligi shekteuli seriktestigi; Latin graphics - "B.L" Jaýapkershiligi shekteýli seriktestigi;
in Russian: Limited liability company "B.L»;
Abbreviated name of the Partnership:
in the official language: "B.L" ZHSHS; "B.L» JSS
in Russian: B.L LLP.
3. Approve the following location address of the Partnership:
Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty city, Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty region, city of K., K.Batyr street, house number 62.
4. Approve the authorized capital of "B" LLP.L" in the amount of 1,000 000 (one million) tenge. The authorized capital is contributed in cash.
5. Approve and sign the charter of B.L LLP.
6. Take measures to implement the state registration of LLP "B" as a small business entity in the relevant authorized state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
7. Appoint the director of LLP "B.L" AA Aa, citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, born on 09.09.1973, identity card No.041426937, issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/10/2017, IIN .., with the right of first signature on financial, payment, banking and other documents related to the activities of the Partnership, as well as with the right to open a settlement account of B.L LLP.
