The case No. 7595-23-00-2-3m/5842 was pending before the Specialized Interdistrict Court of Almaty at the request of the head of the SOG 2-SU Department of Economic Investigations for the city of Almaty of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring to authorize a preventive measure in the form of bail against the suspect S.L.K..
In accordance with Article 70 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Advocacy and Legal Assistance", a lawyer has the right to review the case file on the authorization of a preventive measure against a client.
On the basis of Article 68 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I am defending the suspect S.L.K.
Based on the above, I ask:
- to acquaint me with the materials of case No. 7595-23-00-2-3m/5842 on the authorization of a preventive measure in the form of bail in respect of suspect S.L.K. and to provide an opportunity to make copies of the case materials.
