statement
(about declaring a citizen dead)
I am married to gr. Sergeeva Inna Borisovna, born on 02/25/1983, a native of Almaty, registered by the registry office of Almaly district of Almaty on April 11, 2002, registration number N123.
On February 3, 2019, my husband, along with his friends, went on a hike to conquer the peaks of the Khan Tengri Mountain Peak. During the ascent, there was an avalanche with heavy rockfall. As a result of this accident, 3 people died, 7 were injured in various degrees of severity, and two members of the expedition, my wife and her friend Maria Anatolyevna Petrova, were not found at the bus crash site. The measures taken to find them have not yielded results. The investigating authorities of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Koktensky district, who conducted an investigation of the incident, concluded that their bodies could have been carried away by the rapid current of the river flowing at the foot. There has been no information about Sergeeva I.B. since the incident, that is, from February 13, 2019 to the present.

In cases where a person who has gone missing has been declared dead under circumstances threatening death or giving grounds to assume his death from an accident, the court may recognize the day of death of this person as the day of his alleged death.
