Some issues of the republican state institution "Kogamdyk kelisim " under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 2, 2020 No. 316
performance:
1. To transform the republican state institution "Kogamdyk kelisim " under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transferring it to the jurisdiction of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) to determine the authorized body for the management of the relevant branch (sphere) of public administration in relation to the republican state institution "Kogamdyk kelisim" (hereinafter referred to as the institution) Ministry of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) take measures to amend legislative acts aimed at the implementation of this Decree;
3) take other measures resulting from this Decree.
3. To approve the attached amendments to some decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To invalidate certain decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the annex to this Decree.
5. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its signing, with the exception of paragraphs 3 and 4 of this Decree, which shall enter into force from the date of the institution's re-registration in accordance with the procedure established by law.
