In your proceedings, there is a civil case registered No. 7520-23-00-2/24027 dated 11/28/2023 on the claim of G.O.A. (Hereinafter the Plaintiff) against S. E.S., S.P.K. (Hereinafter the Defendant) and with the involvement of third parties, a private notary of Almaty, S.Gulnara Zhusupkhanovna and Elena Petrovna Kryakovskaya (Hereinafter the Notary) on the recognition of the transaction as invalid and the recovery of the amount, bringing the side of the transaction back to its original position.
We sent a LAWYER's REQUEST No. 0801/24 dated January 08, 2024 to the Administrative Police Department of the Almaty city Police Department for the issuance of information on a 2016 Toyota Land Cruiser 200 car, identification number JTMCV02J504180477, state registration number 752MCZ02.
To date, we have received a response and we believe this information may influence the court's decision.
Based on the above, and guided by art. 46 of the CPC RK, we provide the court with the above information for information as evidence.
