Dear editors of the online publication Abal.kg Maalymat portals!
On your official abal page.kg published a post with the participation of a citizen of IAB, containing deliberately false, unreliable and untrue information.

The widespread material contains information that does not correspond to reality: publications attribute to her a title that she does not possess, as well as achievements that did not take place in reality. Moreover, the publication claims that she got on the covers of the magazine, although in fact this did not happen.
In accordance with the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, human and civil rights and freedoms are recognized and guaranteed to everyone, and foreign citizens and stateless persons enjoy rights and freedoms in the Kyrgyz Republic on an equal basis with citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, unless otherwise provided by law. The protection of honor, dignity, and business reputation is one of the basic personal non-property rights that must be protected regardless of a person's nationality.
According to the provisions of the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, any person has the right to demand a refutation of information discrediting his honor, dignity or business reputation, if the person who disseminated such information does not prove their compliance with reality. These norms are also applicable to foreign citizens if the dissemination of false information took place on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic or through Internet resources operating within its legal framework.
In addition, the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Mass Media" imposes on editorial offices and journalists the obligation to verify the accuracy of disseminated information and respect the rights and legitimate interests of individuals, regardless of their nationality. The dissemination of false information about a private individual without his consent is contrary to the principles of the media.
In connection with the above, we ask you to delete the publication that contains false information about the IAB within three working days from the date of receipt of this claim. In case of non-fulfillment of the requirements within the prescribed period, we will be forced to file a lawsuit with the court to protect the violated rights of the principal, as well as initiate bringing the publication to justice in accordance with the procedure established by law with the recovery of representative expenses in the amount of 1,000,000 tenge, court costs and compensation for moral damage.
