The Tyulkubassky District Court of the Turkestan region is conducting administrative case No. 5160-23-00-3/689 concerning an administrative offense filed under Part 1 of Article 610 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses against H. T. D.

In accordance with article 744 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a person against whom proceedings on an administrative offence are being conducted has the right to file petitions.

Procedural duties in cases of administrative offenses in accordance with article 737 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses:

1) timely, comprehensive, complete and objective identification of the circumstances of each case and its resolution in accordance with this Code.

In accordance with article 782 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences, the acceptance of items and documents from persons who are participants in the proceedings on administrative offences is carried out on the basis of a petition.

In this regard, from the court

-I ask you to attach to the case file a video recording taken at the scene of a traffic accident in an administrative case under part 1 of Article 610 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses in relation to X. Etc.
