Your proceedings include civil case No. 7527-24-00-2/1632 on the claim of the Limited Liability Partnership "G.E.D. Group" against the Defendant "M.B.G." LLP for debt collection. In order for a comprehensive, complete and objective consideration of the civil case by the court, we need to familiarize ourselves with the statement of claim and all the attached documents, after which the court will be provided with evidence that may affect the content of the decision.      

Based on the above and guided by art. 46 of the CPC RK,

I ASK THE COURT:

·       Attach the WhatsApp correspondence between the Plaintiff and the Defendant
