You have a civil case no. 7527-24-00-2/2745, 7527-24-00-2/2627 on the claim of the Limited Liability Company "T.From" to the Defendant, M.B.G. LLP, about collecting the amount owed. Guided by Articles 223-226, 267-4 of the CPC, the court Decided: The claim of the limited Liability Company "T.From " to the defendant, the limited Liability partnership "M.B.G., to satisfy the debt in full. To recover from the limited liability company "M.B.G." in favor of the limited liability company "T.C" debt in the amount of 2,200,000 tenge and 250,000 court costs.
The plaintiff in his claim indicates that he applied to the IP "Successful IT Solutions Company". And the expert was asked questions about the functionality of the website and mobile application, to which the Expert issued his conclusion.
In order for a comprehensive, complete and objective consideration of the civil case by the court, we need to familiarize ourselves with the statement of claim and all the attached documents, after which the court will be provided with evidence that may affect the content of the decision.
Based on the above and guided by art. 46 of the CPC RK,
I ASK THE COURT:
· Provide an opportunity to review all the materials of the Expert Opinion of the IP "Successful IT Solutions Company" compiled in civil case No. 7527-24-00-2/2745;
· Allow Galymzhan Turlybekovich Sarzhanov's lawyer to act as a representative of the defendant in civil case No. 7527-24-00-2/2745.
