about summoning witnesses to court
Q, you were involved in the civil case No. 7514-23-00-2/2931 dated 03/15/2023 on the claim of E.J.S. to Z.I.V. for the recognition of the loan agreement as invalid.
In order to comprehensively and correctly consider the case, it is necessary to summon witness Tatyana Viktorovna Kazantseva to court to testify, whose testimony may be refuting the Defendant's arguments. These circumstances are important for the consideration and resolution of this civil case.
