on familiarization with the materials of the civil case

There is a civil case No. 7113-22-00-2/5484 under your jurisdiction regarding the claim of A.A. E. to the Akimat of Astana for compensation of material damage and expenses in connection with the seizure of a land plot for state needs.

In order for a comprehensive, complete and objective consideration of the civil case by the court, we need to familiarize ourselves with the materials that the defendant and third parties sent to the court.      

Based on the above and guided by art. 46 of the CPC RK,  

I ASK THE COURT:

Provide an opportunity to review the materials of civil case No. 7113-22-00-2/5484 sent by the defendant and third parties;

Send all available materials of the civil case by e-mail info@zakonpravo.kz .
