The Isatai District Court of Atyrau region is conducting administrative case No. 2342-23-00-3/361 on an administrative offense filed against TDH under Part 1 of Article 610 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses.
In part 1 of Article 812 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses, "the case of an administrative offense is considered at the place of its commission, and in the cases provided for by this Code, at the location of the authorized body (official) subordinate to the consideration of the case of an administrative offense. At the request of the person against whom proceedings on an administrative offense are being conducted, the case may be considered at the place of residence of the person or the place of registration of vehicles, vessels, including small vessels."
In part 2 of Article 812 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses " 333, 334, 571, 572, 590, 591, 592, 593, 594, 595, 596, 597, 598, 599, 600, 601, 602, 603, 606, 607, 608, 610, 611, 612, 613, 614, 615, 616, 617, 618, 619, 620, 621, 622, 623, 624-1, 625, 626, 627, 628, 630, 631 vehicles, vessels, and cases of administrative offenses provided for in articles 632, including at the place of registration of small vessels or at the place of residence of the person in respect of whom the proceedings on the case of an administrative offense are being conducted."
I am Turkestan region, Tyulkubassky district, mailykentsky rural district, Turar Ryskulov village, O. Seidaliev lane,... the house is registered at the place of residence.
In accordance with article 744 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a person against whom proceedings on an administrative offence are being conducted has the right to file petitions.
In this regard, from the court
- I ask you to send the administrative case against Tazhimurat Dzhumartovich Khudaibergenov under part 1 of Article 610 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Tyulkubassky District Court of the Turkestan region for consideration.
