You have a civil case pending against B.A.S. against I.S.B. for the recovery of alimony for payment in the higher education system.
Upon the oral request of the court for a certificate stating that the plaintiff is actually studying, we inform you the following: According to the Certificate provided from the Cyprus International University dated 03.10.2023, the Plaintiff is studying at the above-mentioned university, student number 22301399, in the Faculty of Engineering Computer Engineering Department.
Upon the oral request of the court for the provision of tuition fees, we inform you of the following:
Tuition for the year is 4017.97 euros (without discount, the tuition fee is 26,780 euros) study at the current exchange rate is 503.77 tenge per 1 euro =2,024,132.75 tenge;
56,000 tenge visa for 1 year;
Round-trip plane tickets 2 times a year approximate one-way cost 156,000 x 4 = 624,000 tenge.
Based on the above, and guided by art. 46 of the CPC RK, we provide the court with the above information for information as evidence.
