Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 30, 2019 No. 179.

 I DECREE:

     1. To approve the attached draft Free Trade Agreements between the Eurasian Economic Union and its member States, on the one hand, and the Republic of Singapore, on the other hand, and the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation between the Eurasian Economic Union and its member States, on the one hand, and the Republic of Singapore, on the other hand.

     2. To authorize the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Alikhan Askhanovich Smailov, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to sign on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Free Trade Agreement between the Eurasian Economic Union and its member States, on the one hand, and the Republic of Singapore, on the other hand, and the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation between the Eurasian Economic Union and its member States, on the one hand, and The Republic of Singapore, on the other hand, with the right to make amendments and additions to them that are not of a fundamental nature.

     3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
