On the ratification of the Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan on the Kazakh-Uzbek State Border

Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan on the Kazakh-Uzbek State Border

      The Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, hereinafter referred to as the High Contracting Parties,  

      in the spirit of friendship and good neighborliness, mutual respect and equality,  

      based on the principles of respect for independence, sovereignty, territorial integrity, inviolability of borders of both states, non-interference in each other's internal affairs, mutual understanding and mutual trust,  

      in order to clarify and define the State border line between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as the State Border),  

      in accordance with the provisions of the Treaty of Eternal Friendship between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 31, 1998,  

      Recognizing the inalienable right of all sovereign States to take the necessary measures for the proper protection of their State borders,  

      Affirming that the High Contracting Parties have no territorial claims against each other,  

      Taking into account the need to maintain the international legal regime at the State Border,  

      in order to ensure border, customs, sanitary and other necessary forms of control,  

      according to generally accepted norms of international law,  

      We have agreed on the following:  

Article 1  

      The High Contracting Parties have determined the State border line on the basis of the administrative-territorial demarcation between the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic and the Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic.  

Article 2  

      The High Contracting Parties have agreed that the State Border line between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan runs in full accordance with the Description of the State Border Line between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, hereinafter referred to as the Description (Appendix 1), which is an integral part of this Agreement.  

Article 3  

      The State border line is marked in red on the sheets of topographic maps on a scale of 1:100,000 and a space map on a scale of 1:200,000 on the water area of the Aral Sea (Appendix 2). In areas of dense development and active economic activity, the State Border line is plotted on 1:10,000 and 1:5,000 scale topographic maps (Appendix 3). Both Annexes are integral parts of this Agreement.  

      The spelling of geographical proper names used in the Description texts in Kazakh, Uzbek and Russian corresponds to the above maps.  

      All distances and coordinates mentioned in the Description are measured using these maps.  

Article 4  

      The High Contracting Parties agreed on the need to continue negotiations to resolve issues regarding the passage of the State Border line between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan from border point N 18 to border point N 19, from border point N 84 to border point N 85, from border point N 115 to border point N 117 and the preparation of a corresponding agreement.  

Article 5  

      The junction point of the state borders of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan will be determined by a separate agreement between these states.  

Article 6  

      Any natural changes that may occur in the border area, including on the border rivers, do not entail changes in the State border line.  

Article 7  

      The High Contracting Parties agreed to establish a Joint Demarcation Commission and entrust this commission with the demarcation of the State Border, as well as to draw up detailed demarcation maps and prepare draft documents based on the results of the demarcation.  

Article 8  

      The High Contracting Parties will define the regime of the State Border in a separate agreement.  

Article 9  

      The High Contracting Parties will resolve all issues regarding the interpretation or application of the provisions of this Treaty through consultations and negotiations.  

Article 10  

      This Agreement is open-ended and is not subject to denunciation.  

      This Treaty is subject to ratification and shall enter into force on the date of the exchange of instruments of ratification.  

      Done in Astana on November 16, 2001, in two copies in the Kazakh, Uzbek and Russian languages, all texts being equally authentic.  

      In case of disagreement in the interpretation of the provisions of this Treaty, the High Contracting Parties will refer to the text in Russian.

Appendix 1 to the Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan on the Kazakh-Uzbek State Border

      Description  

      passing the State border line between

      From the junction point of the state borders of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Uzbekistan (map sheet K-42-70, snegolavin. art. OYGAING, state of the area in 1970, edition of 1982) the state border line runs along the watershed of the Maidantal range in a general southwesterly direction, leaving the Maidantal River on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Oygaing River on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, through points with elevation 3807.1, 4012.1, 3842.2, geodetic point with elevation 4139.0, points with elevations 4046.3, 4258.0, 4269.0, geodetic point with elevation 4135.7, points with elevations 3848.9, 3588.6, 3376.0, geodetic point with elevation 3356.2, The points with elevations 3990.5, 2410.5 approach the boundary point N 1. The total length of the state border line in this section is 45.72 kilometers.  

      Boundary point No. 1 (map sheet K-42-70, snegolavin. OYGAING station, condition of the area in 1970, edition of 1982) is located on the watershed of the Maidantal ridge at a distance of 3.18 kilometers northwest of the geodetic point with an altitude of 2403.6, at a distance of 5.00 kilometers east-northeast of the geodetic point Akhchar with elevation 3417.5, at a distance of 2.40 kilometers south of the geodetic point with elevation 1938.0. From border point No. 1, the state border line runs in a straight line south to border point No. 2. The total length of the state border line in this section is 1.20 kilometers.  

      Boundary point No. 2 (map sheet K-42-70, OYGAING station snowfall, condition of the area in 1970, 1982 edition) is located in the middle of the Maidantal River at a distance of 2.49 kilometers west-northwest of the geodetic point with an altitude of 2403.6, at a distance of 4.60 kilometers east of the geodetic point Akhchar with an altitude of 3417.5, at a distance of 3.62 kilometers south of the geodetic point with an altitude of 1938.0. From border point No. 2, the state border line runs in a general west-southwesterly direction along the watershed of the unnamed spur of the Ugamsky range to a point with an elevation of 2945.5, then changes direction to a general northwesterly direction, continuing along the watershed of the unnamed spur of the Ugamsky Range, passes through the geodetic point Akhchar with an elevation of 3417.5, a point with elevation 3430.8, geodetic point with elevation 3644.5, Turpakbel pass, points with elevations 3394.1, 3718.0, 3889.5, then he goes to the K-42-69 map sheet and goes through the point with the elevation 3846.9 to the boundary point N 3. The total length of the state border line in this section is 21.90 kilometers.  

      Boundary point No. 3 (map sheet K-42-69, GEORGIEVKA, the state of the area in 1985, 1991 edition) is located on the watershed of the Ugamsky ridge at a distance of 3.15 kilometers south of the geodetic point on Sairamsky peak with an altitude of 4236.1, at a distance of 8.63 kilometers north of the geodetic point with an altitude of 3319.1, at a distance of 9.93 kilometers kilometers east-south-east of the geodetic point with an elevation of 3348.8. From border point No. 3, the state border line runs along the watershed of the Ugamsky range in a general west-southwesterly direction through points with elevations 3786.0, 3641.7, 3629.4, a geodetic point with an altitude of 3872.8, a point with an altitude of 3358.8, leaving the sources of the Karakyzsai River in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the sources of the Sairamsu and Saryaygyr rivers. on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and approaches the border point N 4. The total length of the state border line in this section is 17.50 kilometers.  

Boundary point No. 4 (map sheet K-42-69, GEORGIEVKA, the state of the area in 1985, 1991 edition) is located on the watershed of the Ugamsky ridge, combined with a geodetic point with an altitude of 3502.9. From border point No. 4, the state border line runs along the watershed of the Ugamsky ridge, first in a general southerly direction through points with elevations 3359.4, 3168.4, passes to the map sheet K-42-81, through a geodetic point with an altitude of 3610.1 and approaches a geodetic point with an altitude of 3508.4, then changes direction to the general south-west and passes through a leveling sign with elevation 3387.0, Kurumzhol pass with elevation 3384.0, geodetic points with elevations 3572.1, 3615.1, points with elevations 3503.1, 3429.0, 3353.7, 3352.0, geodetic point with an altitude of 3377.8, a point with an altitude of 3225.9, Birkol pass with an altitude of 2617.4, geodetic point with an altitude of 2542.6, leaving the sources of the Yahaksai River on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the sources of the Mintukumsai River on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, then through the Yahak pass with an altitude of 2360.8 goes along the watershed and approaches the border point N 5. The total length of the state border line in this section is 46.50 kilometers.  

      Border point No. 5 (map sheet K-42-81, SIJAK, the state of the area in 1983, 1989 edition) is located on the Minchukurbel pass with an altitude of 2386.5 at a distance of 3.22 kilometers south-southwest of the geodetic point with an altitude of 2542.6, at a distance of 3.32 kilometers west-southwest of the geodetic point with an altitude of 2716.4, at a distance of 2.64 kilometers north-northeast of the geodetic point with an altitude of 2501.5. From border point No. 5, the state border line runs in a straight line in a west-northwesterly direction, crossing the Tersai River, to border point No. 6. The total length of the state border line in this section is 2.40 kilometers.  

      Boundary point No. 6 (map sheet K-42-81, SIJAK, the state of the area in 1983, 1989 edition) is located at a distance of 5.24 kilometers west of the geodetic point with an altitude of 2716.4, at a distance of 3.12 kilometers north-northwest of the geodetic point with an altitude of 2501.5, at a distance of 6.60 kilometers south of the geodetic point a point with an elevation of 1699.2. From border point No. 6, the state border line runs in a straight line in a northerly direction to border point No. 7. The total length of the state border line in this section is 1.23 kilometers.  

      Boundary point No. 7 (map sheet K-42-81, SIJAK, the state of the area in 1983, 1989 edition) is located at a distance of 5.26 kilometers west of the geodetic point with an altitude of 2716.4, at a distance of 4.30 kilometers north-northwest of the geodetic point with an altitude of 2501.5, at a distance of 5.40 kilometers south of the geodetic point a point with an elevation of 1699.2. From border point No. 7, the state border line runs in a straight line in a westerly direction to border point No. 8. The total length of the state border line in this section is 1.15 kilometers.  

      Boundary point No. 8 (map sheet K-42-81, SIJAK, the state of the area in 1983, 1989 edition) is located at a distance of 6.40 kilometers west of the geodetic point with an altitude of 2716.4, at a distance of 4.81 kilometers north-northwest of the geodetic point with an altitude of 2501.5, at a distance of 5.29 kilometers south of the geodetic point a point with an elevation of 1699.2. From the border point No. 8, the state border line runs in a straight line in a southerly direction to the border point No. 9. The total length of the state border line in this section is 0.71 kilometers.  

      Boundary point No. 9 (map sheet K-42-81, SIJAK, the state of the area in 1983, 1989 edition) is located at a distance of 6.44 kilometers west of the geodetic point with an altitude of 2716.4, at a distance of 4.22 kilometers north-northwest of the geodetic point with an altitude of 2501.5, at a distance of 6.03 kilometers south of the geodetic point a point with an elevation of 1699.2. From border point No. 9, the state border line runs in a straight line in a west-southwesterly direction, passes onto the K-42-80 map sheet and approaches border point No. 10. The total length of the state border line in this section is 3.01 kilometers.  

      Boundary point No. 10 (map sheet K-42-80, KHUMSAN, state of the area in 1980, 1985 edition) is located on the watershed of the Keragil range, coincides with the point with an altitude of 2317.2 and is located at a distance of 2.38 kilometers north-northwest of the Giza pass, at a distance of 2.40 kilometers north-north-east of the geodetic point with elevation 2347.0, at a distance of 3.35 kilometers south of the leveling sign with elevation 1074.7. From boundary point No. 10, the state border line runs along the watershed of the Keragil ridge in a general south-southwesterly direction through a geodetic point with an altitude of 2373.7 to a geodetic point with an altitude of 2056.9, where it changes direction to the west-northwest, and, passing in a straight line 0.40 kilometers, changes direction to the west.south-west, it descends along an unnamed stream to its confluence with the Ugam River and approaches the border point No. 11. The total length of the state border line in this section is 8.80 kilometers.  

      Border point No. 11 (map sheet K-42-80, KHUMSAN, the state of the area in 1980, 1985 edition) is located in the middle of the Ugam River, 0.13 kilometers south of the confluence of the Karakuzysai River with the Ugam River, at a distance of 2.90 kilometers south of the leveling sign with elevation 981.0, at a distance of 2.73 kilometers west of the Ugam River.southwest of the geodetic point with elevation 2056.9. From border point No. 11, the state border line runs in a general southerly direction downstream in the middle of the Ugam River for 1.50 kilometers to the confluence of the Kurgantashsai Stream, after which, changing direction to the general west, the state border line runs downstream in the middle of the Kurgantashsai Stream for 4.30 kilometers and approaches border point No. 12. The total length of the state border line in this section is 5.80 kilometers.  

      Boundary point No. 12 (map sheet K-42-80, KHUMSAN, the state of the area in 1980, 1985 edition) is located in the middle of the Kurgantashsai stream at a distance of 4.12 kilometers north-northwest of the leveling sign with elevation 1259.7, at a distance of 6.59 kilometers south of the geodetic point with elevation 2319.5, at a distance of 3.77 kilometers east-southeast of the geodetic point with an altitude of 2823.8, located on Mount Mingbulak. From border point No. 12, the state border line runs in a general west-northwesterly direction along the trail for 1.80 kilometers and reaches the watershed of the Karzhantau ridge spur, then along the watershed of the Karzhantau ridge spur in a general west-northwesterly direction for 1.16 kilometers it reaches the watershed of the Karzhantau Ridge, then in a general west-northwest direction.It goes in a southwesterly direction along the watershed of the specified ridge through a geodetic point with an altitude of 2823.8, located on Mount Mingbulak, through a geodetic point with an altitude of 2751.7, points with elevations 2570.2, 2508.1, 2211.6, geodetic point with elevation 2303.5, located on Mount Aktam, approaches the boundary point N 13. The total length of the state border line in this section is 14.30 kilometers.  

      Boundary point No. 13 (map sheet K-42-80, KHUMSAN, the state of the terrain in 1980, 1985 edition) is located at a fork in the trails at a distance of 5.18 kilometers south-east of the leveling sign with an altitude of 1478.8, at a distance of 1.40 kilometers south-west of the geodetic point with an altitude of 2303.5, located on the mountain According to the Acts, at a distance of 1.99 kilometers north-northeast of Mount Chimgan with an altitude of 2164.2. From border point N 13, the state border line runs in a general west-southwest direction along the trail to border point N 14. The total length of the state border line in this section is 8.50 kilometers.  

      Border point No. 14 (map sheet K-42-80, KHUMSAN, state of the area in 1980, 1985 edition) is located on the trail in the Koshnar tract at a distance of 6.70 kilometers east of the geodetic point with an altitude of 1309.5, at a distance of 2.31 kilometers northwest of Mount Lagernaya with an altitude of 1768.3, at a distance of 3.93 kilometers kilometers north-northwest of the geodetic point with an altitude of 1717.4, located on Mount Sarytepa. From border point N 14, the state border line runs in a straight line in a west-southwesterly direction, goes to the K-42-92 map sheet and approaches border point N 15. The total length of the state border line in this section is 1.32 kilometers.  

Boundary point No. 15 (map sheet K-42-92, CHIRCHIK, the state of the area in 1978-83, 1986 edition) is located on a field road at a distance of 5.70 kilometers north-northeast of the geodetic point with an altitude of 1279.5, located on Mount Azadbash, at a distance of 3.98 kilometers northwest of the geodetic point with elevation 1717.4, located on Mount Sarytepa, at a distance of 5.63 kilometers east-southeast of the geodetic point with elevation 1309.5. From border point No. 15, the state border line runs in a general southwesterly direction along the field road, then leaves the field road in the same direction and approaches border point No. 16 in a straight line for 0.26 kilometers. The total length of the state border line in this section is 5.50 kilometers.  

      Boundary point No. 16 (map sheet K-42-92, CHIRCHIK, the state of the area in 1978-83, 1986 edition) is located on Mount Kokpak with an altitude of 1285.7 at a distance of 6.54 kilometers west of the geodetic point with an altitude of 1717.4, located on Mount Sarytepa, at a distance of 4.16 kilometers north of the geodetic point with an altitude of 1046.4, at a distance of 6.04 kilometers south-east of the geodetic point with an elevation of 868.8. From the border point N 16, the state border line runs in a straight line southwestward for 0.59 kilometers to the valley of the Sarytobe Mountains, then in a general southerly direction along the valley it approaches an unnamed drying stream and then goes down the indicated stream in a general southwesterly direction to the border point N 17. The total length of the state border line in this section is 9.20 kilometers.  

      Boundary point No. 17 (map sheet K-42-92, CHIRCHIK, the state of the area in 1978-83, 1986 edition) is located on the bed of a drying unnamed stream at a distance of 4.74 kilometers northwest of the geodetic point with an altitude of 798.1, located on Mount Tashbulak, at a distance of 0.95 kilometers north-northwest of the geodetic a point with an elevation of 702.8, at a distance of 0.80 kilometers south of the bridge with the characteristic JB 33-7/60. From border point N 17, the state border line runs in a straight line in a south-southwesterly direction to border point N 18. The total length of the state border line in this section is 2.69 kilometers.  

      Border point No. 18 (map sheet K-2-92, CHIRCHIK, the state of the area in 1978-83, 1986 edition) is located at the intersection of the Chirchik-Bagizh country road with the Kokmuyunsai stream at a distance of 3.41 kilometers south-southwest of the bridge with the characteristic ZHB 33-7/60, at a distance of 4.28 kilometers west-north-west of the geodetic point with elevation 798.1, located on Mount Tashbulak, at a distance of 2.08 kilometers north-northwest of the geodetic point with elevation 671.1.  

      The description of the state border line between border points N 18 and N 19 was not carried out.  

      Boundary point No. 19 (1:10,000 K scale map sheet-42-91- G-b-2, the state of the terrain in 1994, 1998 edition) is located in the middle of the Zakh Canal at a distance of 2.89 kilometers southwest of the geodetic point with an altitude of 666.6/666.3, located on Vyshka Mountain, at a distance of 0.54 kilometers south-east of the altitude with a mark of 618.8. The state border line runs from the border point N 19 (1:10,000 K scale map sheets-42-91- G-b-2, the state of the area in 1994, 1998 edition, To-42-91- G-b-1, the state of the area in 1994, 1998 edition., To-42-91- G-a-2, the state of the area in 1994, 1999 edition) in a general westerly direction downstream in the middle of the Zakh canal to the boundary point N 20. The total length of the state border line in this section is 9.00 kilometers.  

      Boundary point N 20 (1:10,000 K scale map sheet-42-91- G-a-2, the state of the terrain in 1994, 1999 edition) is located in the middle of the Zakh Canal at a distance of 1.90 kilometers south-east of the geodetic point with an altitude of 569.2/568.7, at a distance of 1.25 kilometers east the center of the highway bridge with the characteristic JB 38-14/40 across the Zach canal. From the border point N 20, the state border line from the Zakh canal discharges into the Khanaryk irrigation ditch, in the middle of which it goes in a general west-northwesterly direction for 1.20 kilometers, then passes into an unnamed irrigation ditch, along which it goes in a general north-northwesterly direction after 0.26 kilometers to the customs posts of the two states, passing between them, it goes out onto Isakov Street, then a broken line along the fences separating the household plots goes out onto an unnamed irrigation ditch, in the middle of which it approaches the border point No. 21 in a southerly direction. The total length of the state border line in this section is 2.56 kilometers. (The description of the state border line from border point N 20 to border point N 21 was carried out according to a 1:5,000 scale plan, the condition of the area in 2000).  

      Boundary point No. 21 (1:10,000 K scale map sheet-42-91- G-a-2, the state of the area in 1994, 1999 edition) is located in the middle of the Zakh Canal at the confluence of an unnamed irrigation ditch at a distance of 1.07 kilometers south-southeast of the geodetic point with an elevation of 569.2/568.7, at a distance of 0.14 kilometers west of the center of the highway bridge with the characteristic JB 38-14/40 across the Zach canal. The state border line runs from the border point N 21 (1:10,000 K scale map sheets-42-91- G-a-2, the state of the area in 1994, 1999 edition, To-42-91- G-a-4, the state of the area in 1994, 1999 edition., To-42-91- G-a-3, the state of the area in 1994, 1999 edition) in a general west-southwesterly direction downstream in the middle of the Zakh Canal to the boundary point N 22. The total length of the state border line in this section is 10.90 kilometers.  

      Boundary point No. 22 (1:10,000 K scale map sheet-42-91- G-a-3, the state of the terrain in 1994, 1999 edition) is located in the middle of the Zakh canal at the exit point of the Zaur irrigation ditch at a distance of 0.90 kilometers south of the height of 516.9, at a distance of 0.89 kilometers north of the geodetic point with elevation 532.3 located on the hill Kalmakchekkan. The state border line runs from the border point N 22 (1:10,000 K scale map sheets-42-91- G-a-3, the state of the area in 1994, 1999 edition, To-42-91- G-a-1, the state of the area in 1987, 1998 edition.) in a general northwesterly direction downstream in the middle of the Zaur river ditch to the border point N 23. The total length of the state border line in this section is 4.30 kilometers.  

      Boundary point N 23 (1:10,000 K scale map sheet-42-91- G-a-1, the state of the area in 1987, 1998 edition) is located in the middle of the Keles River at the confluence of the Zaur river at a distance of 1.48 kilometers south-southwest of the middle of the bridge over the Tuskulak discharge, at a distance of 0.20 kilometers north-northwest of the crossing over the Aryk Zaur. The state border line runs from the border point N 23 (1:10,000 K scale map sheets-42-91- G-a-1, the state of the area in 1987, 1998 edition, To-42-91- B-b-2, the state of the area in 1987, 1990 edition.) in a general west-southwesterly direction downstream in the middle of the Keles River to the border point N 24. The total length of the state border line in this section is 3.50 kilometers.  

      Boundary point N 24 (1:10,000 K scale map sheet-42-91- B-b-2, state of the area in 1987, 1990 edition) is located in the middle of the Keles River at the outlet of the Kesken canal at a distance of 1.49 kilometers southwest of the water tower, at a distance of 2.14 kilometers north-northeast of the leveling sign with elevation 430.2/429.8. The state border line runs from the border point N 24 (1:10,000 K scale map sheets-42-91- B-b-2, the state of the area in 1987, 1990 edition, To-42-91- B-b-4, the state of the area in 1994, 1999 edition., To-42-91- B-b-3, the state of the area in 1994, 1999 edition) in a general west-southwesterly direction downstream in the middle of the Keles River to the boundary point N 25. The total length of the state border line in this section is 5.15 kilometers.  

      Boundary point No. 25 (1:10,000 K scale map sheet-42-91- B-b-3, the state of the area in 1994, 1999 edition) is located on a railway bridge at the intersection of the Tashkent-Arys railway with the middle of the Keles River. From border point No. 25, the state border line runs downstream in the middle of the Keles River in a general west-southwesterly direction to border point No. 26. The total length of the state border line in this section is 1.60 kilometers.  

      Boundary point No. 26 (1:10,000 K scale map sheet-42-91- B-b-3, the state of the area in 1994, 1999 edition) is located in the middle of the Keles River at a distance of 0.54 kilometers west-southwest of the water tower, at a distance of 0.68 kilometers northeast of the middle of the highway a bridge with the characteristic JB 57-8/60 across the Keles River. The total length of the state border line in this section is 35.40 kilometers.  

      Boundary point No. 107 (map sheet K-41-36, UKIBAI village, the state of the area in 1985, 1989 edition) is combined with a well (fill) with an elevation of 171.2 and is located at a distance of 9.00 kilometers west-southwest of the geodetic point with an elevation of 209.2, at a distance of 3.05 kilometers north-west of the geodetic point with elevation 209.7, at a distance of 4.75 kilometers east-southeast of the geodetic point with elevation 211.3. From border point N 107, the state border line runs in a straight line in a northwesterly direction to border point N 108. The total length of the state border line in this section is 3.60 kilometers.  

Boundary point No. 108 (map sheet K-41-36, UKIBAI village, the state of the area in 1985, 1989 edition) is combined with the Kampir well and is located at a distance of 2.32 kilometers east-northeast of the geodetic point with elevation 211.3, at a distance of 10.75 kilometers west of the geodetic point with elevation 209.2, at a distance of 6.65 kilometers northwest of the geodetic point with elevation 209.7. From the border point N 108, the state border line runs in a straight line in a northwesterly direction through the map sheet K-41-35 (K. TASKYNBAY, the state of the area in 1985, 1989 edition), goes to the map sheet K-41-23 and approaches the border point N 109. The total length of the state border line in this section is 34.90 kilometers.  

      Boundary point No. 109 (map sheet K-41-23, K. MARAT, the state of the area in 1965-66, 1977 edition) is located at a distance of 7.60 kilometers south of the geodetic point Sakal with an altitude of 185.3, at a distance of 3.65 kilometers west-southwest of the geodetic point with an altitude of 188.6, at a distance of 7.12 kilometers east-northeast of the geodetic point with an elevation of 200.6. From the border point N 109, the state border line runs in a straight line in a north-northwesterly direction, goes to the K-41-11 map sheet and approaches the border point N 110. The total length of the state border line in this section is 28.50 kilometers.  

      Boundary point No. 110 (map sheet K-41-11, MOTORLY village, terrain condition in 1966, 1976 edition) is located at a distance of 15.10 kilometers south-southwest of the geodetic point with an altitude of 159.0, at a distance of 13.90 kilometers southwest of the geodetic point with an altitude of 170.1, at a distance of 8.20 one kilometer west of the geodetic point with elevation 164.4. From the border point N 110, the state border line runs in a straight line in a west-northwesterly direction, goes to the map sheet K-41-10 and approaches the border point N 111. The total length of the state border line in this section is 5.90 kilometers.  

      Boundary point No. 111 (map sheet K-41-10, art. K. ALTYKULASH, terrain conditions for 1966-67, 1976 edition) is combined with the Nagan well and is located at a distance of 3.48 kilometers south-east of the geodetic point with elevation 170.2, at a distance of 5.31 kilometers west-northwest of the geodetic point with elevation 170.2. elevation 165.0, at a distance of 7.70 kilometers northeast of the geodetic point with elevation 166.6. From the border point N 111, the state border line runs in a straight line in a west-southwesterly direction, goes to the K-41-22 map sheet and approaches the border point N 112. The total length of the state border line in this section is 37.10 kilometers.  

      Border point N 112 (map sheet K-41-22, French JEAN-CHAROIS, the state of the area in 1985, edition of 1987) is located at a distance of 0.30 kilometers east-southeast of the geodetic point with an altitude of 176.6, at a distance of 7.32 kilometers south-southwest of the geodetic point with an altitude of 165.6, at a distance of 8.90 kilometers west of the geodetic point Jahan with an altitude of 179.4. From the border point N 112, the state border line runs in a straight line in a westerly direction through the map sheet K-41-21 (KOKAYAZ, the state of the area in 1985, edition of 1987), passes to the map sheet K-41-20 and approaches the border point N 113. The total length of the state border line at this point is The area is 55.00 kilometers.  

      Boundary point No. 113 (map sheet K-41-20, KALININ Art Museum, state of the area in 1985, 1989 edition) is combined with the Koskuduk well and is located at a distance of 3.28 kilometers west-southwest of the geodetic point with elevation 161.3, at a distance of 6.52 kilometers north-north-east of the geodetic point on Mount Kosshin with an altitude of 175.8, at a distance of 6.20 kilometers east-southeast of the geodetic point with an altitude of 163.4. From border point N 113, the state border line runs in a straight line in a westerly direction, goes to the K-41-19 map sheet and approaches border point N 114. The total length of the state border line in this section is 45.50 kilometers.  

      Boundary point No. 114 (map sheet K-41-19, DAUTOBE village, the state of the area in 1985, 1988 edition) is located at a distance of 13.05 kilometers west of the geodetic point with an altitude of 151.7, at a distance of 0.65 kilometers north of the geodetic point on the hillock of Zangartobe with an altitude of 159.8, at a distance of 7.60 kilometers east ofnortheast of the geodetic point with elevation 144.5. From the border point N 114, the state border line runs in a straight line in a west-southwesterly direction, passes onto the map sheet K-41-18 (art. SHAKINTAU, the state of the area in 1986, 1993 edition), goes to the map sheet K-41-17 and approaches the boundary point N 115. The total length of the state border line in this section is 69.85 kilometers.  

      Boundary point No. 115 (map sheet K-41-17, NSAN, terrain status for 1986, 1993 edition) is located on the Aldayar hillock with an altitude of 101.0 at a distance of 8.46 kilometers south-east of the geodetic point with an altitude of 97.4, at a distance of 8.84 kilometers north-northeast of the geodetic point with an altitude of at a height of 105.7, at a distance of 7.20 kilometers east-northeast of the geodetic point with an altitude of 96.0.  

      The description of the state border line between border points N 115 and N 117 was not carried out.  

      Border point N 117 (map sheet K-41-3, DIMITROV farm, state of the area in 1981, edition 1984, map sheet L-41-135, Lake ZHAKSYZHARMOLA, state of the area in 1990, edition 1992) is located at a distance of 5.75 kilometers south-southeast of the geodetic point with elevation 76.1, at a distance of 10.10 kilometers east of the geodetic point with elevation 67.9, at a distance of 8.80 kilometers southeast of the grave with elevation 68.8. From border point N 117, the state border line runs in a straight line in a northwesterly direction to border point N 118. The total length of the state border line in this section is 34.00 kilometers.  

      Boundary point No. 118 (map sheet L-41-135, Lake ZHAKSYZHARMOLA, the state of the area in 1990, 1992 edition) is located at a distance of 3.48 kilometers southwest of the geodetic point with an altitude of 70.3, at a distance of 6.69 kilometers west-northwest of the geodetic point with an altitude of 65.7, at a distance of 4.45 kilometers north-northeast of the geodetic point with an elevation of 69.7. From the border point N 118, the state border line runs in a straight line northward through the Altynkol salt marsh, passes onto the map sheet L-41-123 and approaches the border point N 119. The total length of the state border line in this section is 15.35 kilometers.  

      Boundary point No. 119 (map sheet L-41-123, SHENGELDY, the state of the area in 1990, 1993 edition) is located on the Altynkol salt marsh, at a distance of 15.60 kilometers south-southeast of the geodetic point with an altitude of 70.0, at a distance of 9.18 kilometers southwest of the geodetic point with an altitude of 70.4, at a distance of 13.51 kilometers west-southwest of the geodetic point with elevation 68.3. From the border point N 119, the state border line runs in a straight line in a west-northwest direction to the border point N 120. The total length of the state border line in this section is 3.45 kilometers.  

      Boundary point No. 120 (map sheet L-41-123, SHENGELDY, state of the area in 1990, 1993 edition) is located at a distance of 13.98 kilometers south of the geodetic point with an altitude of 70.0, at a distance of 11.37 kilometers west-southwest of the geodetic point with an altitude of 70.4, at a distance of 16.45 kilometers west of the geodetic point point with elevation 68.3. From the border point N 120, the state border line runs in a northwesterly direction through the border point N 121 with geodetic coordinates B = 44 o 38'38.3" north latitude, L = 60 about 44'44.1" east longitude, through the boundary point N 122 with geodetic coordinates B = 45 o 22'09.3" north latitude, L = 58 o 59'28.8" east longitude to the border point N 123. The total length of the state border line in this section is 238.6 kilometers, including 108.4 kilometers of the water surface of the Aral Sea. (The description of the state border line in this section is based on a 1:200,000 scale satellite photo map).  

Boundary point N 123 (map sheet L-40-94, BAYGUBEKMURYN district, state of the area in 1990, 1992 edition) is located at a distance of 3.30 kilometers south-southwest of the geodetic point with an altitude of 209.9, at a distance of 5.50 kilometers north-northeast of the geodetic point with an altitude of 195.7, at a distance of 0.66 kilometers east-south-east of the leveling sign with the elevation of 197.1. From the border point N 123, the state border line runs in a straight line in a west-southwesterly direction, crossing the gas pipeline and through the sheets of the map L-40-93 (K. KYRGYZ, the state of the area in 1990, edition 1992), L-40-92 (K. SHIYOBA, the state of the area in 1989, edition 1990), L-40-91 (winter MATAI, the state of the area in 1989, edition 1990), L-40-103 (K. RYSPAI, the state of the area in 1981, 1986 edition), L-40-102 (K. KARAKUDYK, the state of the area in 1981, 1986 edition), goes to the map sheet L-40-101 and approaches the border point N 124. The total length of the state border line in this area is 213.14 kilometers.  

      Boundary point No. 124 (map sheets L-40-101, SORCHA, the state of the area in 1981, edition 1985, L-40-113, KARAKALPAKSTAN, the state of the area in 1987, edition 1989, L-40-112, developed. OASIS, state of the area 1989, edition 1992, L-40-100, AKZHIGIT, state of the area 1989, edition 1992) is located on the Zharykkuduk salt marsh at a point with geodetic coordinates at = 45 about 00'00" north latitude, L = 56 about 00'00" east longitude. From the border point N 124, the state border line runs in a straight line southward along the meridian 56 o 00'00" east longitude through the map sheets L-40-112 (L-40-113), where it intersects the gas pipeline and the Beineu-Takhiatash railway, L-40-124 (L-40-125), L-40-136 (L-40-137), K-40-4 (K-40-5), K-40-16 (K-40-17), K-40-28 (K-40-29), K-40-40 (K-40-41), K-40-52 (K-40-53), K-40-64 (K-40-65), K-40-76 (K-40-77), goes to the map sheet K-40-88 (K-40-89) and approaches the boundary point N 125. The total length of the state border line in this section is 407.16 kilometers.  

      Boundary point N 125 (map sheets K-40-88, triangulation point TOVE, the state of the area in 1960, edition 1963-65, K-40-89, K. KAZAKLY, the state of the area in 1977, edition 1984, K-40-101, K. DAKHLY, the state of the area in 1980, edition 1985, K-40-100, K. KUMSEBSHEN, the state of the area in 1974, the 1984 edition) is located on the Shorkazakly salt marsh at a point with geodetic coordinates B = 41 about 20'00" north latitude, L = 56 about 00'00" east longitude.  

      The description of the state border line between the border point No. 125 and the junction point of the borders of the three states was not carried out.
