On the number of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 8, 1997 No. 3315.

In accordance with articles 29, 74 of Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 20, 1995 No. 2694, which has the force of the Constitutional Law, "On Courts and the status of Judges in the Republic of Kazakhstan", I decree: Z000132

     1. To establish that the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan consists of 65 judges, including:

     Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     chairmen of judicial boards of the Supreme Court.

     3. To invalidate the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 18, 1996 No. 2909 "On the size of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the structure and staff of the Office of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

     4. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
