In commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the formation of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I HEREBY DECREE:
1. To establish the jubilee medal "Kazakhstan Republikasyn Ulttyk kauipsizdik komitetine 25 zhyl" and the jubilee badge "Kazakhstan Republikasyn Ulttyk kauipsizdik komiteti".
2. Approve the attached documents:
1) The rules for awarding the jubilee medal "Kazakhstan Republikasyn Ulttyk kauripsizdik komitetine 25 zhyl" and the jubilee badge "Kazakhstan Republikasyn Ulttyk kauripsizdik komiteti";

The rules for awarding the jubilee medal "Kazakhstan Republikasyn Ulttyk kapsizdik komitetine 25 zhyl" and the jubilee badge "Kazakhstan Republikasyn Ulttyk kapsizdik komiteti"
1. These Rules regulate the procedure for awarding the jubilee medal "Kazakhstan Republikasyn Ulttyk kauipsizdik komitetine 25 zhyl" (hereinafter referred to as the jubilee medal) and the jubilee badge "Kazakhstan Republikasyn Ulttyk kauipsizdik komiteti" (hereinafter referred to as the jubilee badge).
2. The jubilee medal and the jubilee badge are awarded to employees and military personnel who are positively characterized in their service and who perform their official duties in an exemplary manner, who have at least 20 years of service and who by July 13, 2017 were serving in the national security bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, pensioners of the national security bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other persons who have made a significant contribution to the construction of national security bodies. security of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. The procedure for the submission and consideration of applications for the award of the jubilee medal and the jubilee badge is determined by the Chairman of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. The jubilee medal and the jubilee badge are presented on behalf of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.:
1) Chairman of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) Deputy Chairmen of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) heads of departments, structural divisions, territorial and other bodies of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) commanders (heads) of military units (institutions), heads of special (military) educational institutions of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Along with the jubilee medal and the jubilee badge, the awardee is presented with certificates of the established pattern.
5. The jubilee medal and the jubilee badge are presented to the recipient personally in a solemn atmosphere. Before the award, the order of the Chairman of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan on awarding is announced.
6. The jubilee medal and the jubilee badge are worn on the left side of the chest. If there are state awards of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the jubilee medal is placed after them.
7. An appropriate entry is made in the list of awards for the presentation of the jubilee medal and the jubilee badge.
Non-returned commemorative medals, commemorative badges and certificates to them are returned to the Personnel Department of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan with an indication of the reasons for the return, which is marked accordingly in the lists.
Records of awards made, as well as reports on the presentation of commemorative medals and commemorative badges are maintained by the Personnel Department of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The jubilee medal "Kazakhstan Republikasyn Ulttyk kauipsizdik komitine 25 zhyl" is a disc with a diameter of 34 mm, made of gold-colored metal - brass.
On the front side (obverse) of the product there is an image of elements of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan - a stylized seven-pointed star (diameter at the top of the rays is 27 mm), the rays of which are filled with dark red enamel, on a gold (yellow) base, which also has seven obtuse rays.
There are six convex dots on the periphery of the star.
In the center of the star is a shield with a diameter of 16 mm, the background of which is filled with cornflower blue enamel. In the center of the shield is a stylized image of the arch of the skeleton of a yurt - "shanyrak" with a diameter of 6 mm, the background of which is filled with turquoise (blue) enamel. The inscription "NAMYS. AYBYN. OTAN" In the lower part of the star, the convex numbers "25" are applied on top of the star. The images on the obverse of the medal are convex and shiny.
On the reverse side (reverse) of the jubilee medal, there is an inscription in five lines in Kazakh "KAZAKHSTAN REPUBLIKASY ULTTYK KAPISDIK KOMITI", underlined by a horizontal line with a thickening in the middle and with a five-pointed star in the center. Below the line are the dates "1992-2017". The text on the reverse of the medal is convex and opaque. The edges of the jubilee medal are bordered by a rim.
With the help of an eyelet and a ring, the jubilee medal is connected to a hexagonal block with a width of 32 mm and a height of 50 mm, covered with a silk moire ribbon of cornflower blue. In the middle of the ribbon there is a vertical strip 12 mm wide, on which the national ornament is applied. Two diverging laurel branches made of gold-colored metal, brass, are attached at the bottom of the shoe.
The jubilee medal is attached to the clothes with a pin with a visor lock.

The jubilee badge "Kazakhstan Republikasyn Ulttyk kauipsizdik komiti" is a disk with a diameter of 19 mm, made of gold-colored metal - brass.
On the obverse (obverse) of the product there is an image of the emblem of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan - an image of a circular shield (diameter 14 mm) with a central field of turquoise (blue) color and an outer circle of cornflower blue, ringed with golden (yellow) edging.
On the outer circumference of the cornflower blue shield there is an inscription in the official language: "KAZAKHSTAN REPUBLICS" at the top, "ULTTYK KAPSIZDIK KOMITI" at the bottom.
In the middle of the shield, on a turquoise (blue) field, there is a stylized seven-pointed star (diameter at the tops of the rays is 13.5 mm), the rays of which are filled with dark red enamel, on a golden (yellow) base, which also has seven obtuse rays.
In the center of the star is a shield with a diameter of 7 mm, the background of which is filled with cornflower blue enamel.
In the center of the shield is a stylized image of the vault of the skeleton of a yurt - "shanyrak" with a diameter of 3 mm, the background of which is filled with turquoise (blue) enamel.
The inscription "NAMYS. AYBYN. OTAN."
On the reverse side of the jubilee badge (reverse), a four-digit registration number is placed in its lower part.
The jubilee badge is attached to the clothes using a collet needle.
